These terms govern purchases made through ZAIF DXB. By placing an order, you confirm that the order and delivery information you provide is accurate.
Products and prices
We aim to show accurate descriptions, options, availability, images, and prices. Screen colours and packaging may vary slightly. Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise, and any delivery charge is displayed before you confirm checkout.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may contact you to confirm order details. An order can be declined or cancelled if an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, pricing is clearly incorrect, or we reasonably suspect misuse. If payment was collected, any amount due will be returned through the appropriate payment method.
Payment and delivery
Available payment methods and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout. Delivery timing may change because of address issues, courier conditions, public holidays, or events outside reasonable control. Please inspect the order after delivery and contact us promptly if something is missing, damaged, or incorrect.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not interfere with the store, submit fraudulent orders, misuse promotions, or use store content without permission.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE consumer protection law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
